SPORTS PEOPLE AND  PROTEIN RICH DIET

Some  sports people find it difficult to buy the “ whey protein “ which is very costly.
 This whey protein is actually made from the whey which  we usually throw away after making the cottage cheese or paneer. That liquid is evaporated   and the resultant powder is “ whey protein “ Fortunately they can have wholesome full cream milk instead which is full of cream and all the nutrients and is a “ complete food “ . Price of  full cream milk and the whey powder is so different . We can
 compare “ whey “ to the soup we make. When we boil vegetables or meat or fish , the water  in them is the soup . We consider them  very  nutritious. Same way milk  whey is also very nutritious. We can call it the   “ soup of milk ! “ . The cheese is like the vegetables or the meat without their essence . Essence is the soup . Wholesome milk is wholesome with both solid and essence . We use the vegetable, the meat and the paneer or cheese . All of them have the same ingredients in different proportion when it is divided .

Milk is easily available and much  more affordable . Milk , curds  cheese or paneer, and the whey which is left over also can be used for cooking.  That makes it equivalent to whey powder . With supplement of calcium, vitamins iron, folic acid etc further strengthens you .
