REGISTER AND TRUTH OF IDENTITY

The origin of register started very recently, may be 100 or 200 years back. Before that there were native people Some   came for trade and  settled here, people who were attracted by the beautiful culture , heritage and the land or  who came to colonize , all  settled down here because of their attachment to our nation etc. One thing is sure people were fascinated by India which is due to the good nature and hospitable mentality that they wanted to be part of this great nation. When material wealth surpass and overtake spiritual mentality and human dealings, naturally evil forces raise their heads to mar the peace of society. Amassing wealth need not make division in society.  There are many wealthy people all over the world by whom billions of people are benefitted, nourished, educated and empowered in all fields, who may not even know the name of their beneficiary !!! They are silent saints who contribute immensely for the welfare of all needy ones. When a child is born and if the name is not registered, are we supposed to discard that child from our country. But who will accept them ? Who will care for them ? Will the parents also be asked to leave the  county ? Will the grand parents also have to leave ? But who will accept them ? Others will say they were not born here. How can we make a mockery of ourselves and our registry which is an honored legal document and if any citizen is not registered 20 or 30 or 40 years back, will we have to call the dead and buried officers or parents who are not alive today ? Lot of people never even knew that they had to registered at birth !!

In short all mismanagement starts in our own home. our own church. our own school, our own hospitals, our own country . We cannot blame our neighboring countries for such ill treatment of our citizens . All of a sudden we behave as if we are all 100 % perfect people without any sort of fault in personal, political, religious official dealings. How can we be so perfect. When we recognize our own human feeble nature, then only we can forbear with others, be kind and compassionate and good to them.

Consider each person you meet as the apple of the eye of their parents, their spouse, their family . Consider each person as precious as yourself. As valuable as yourself. If nobody consider you precious and valuable, then we can understand our misconduct to others . Only what you received, only what you possess , you can share with others. If in your heart and brain bank there is no love, kindness, sincerity, faithfulness, honesty, justice, satisfaction , contentment, happiness and  pride in being an Indian, then how can you express what is not in your heart and mind. An empty heart devoid of all noble characters will immediately be filled with the characteristics of the opposite types and then we know what the result will be . Every day the news in TV and newspaper reveals which type of characteristics were dominant in  our people. Either good or wicked characteristics. The choice is ours. We produce results accordingly . We cannot blame our neighboring countries for these .

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

1.         Making use of the existing infrastructure because each one is the result of crores of rupees and crores of man hours. Can we just reject all these most valuable infrastructures while clamouring that we do not have sufficient , powerful, modern facilities. When you close down one very fine industry which is functioning in full strength and start buying and  building another one of the same kind, the expense will be ten times more since the land value, cost of construction material , cost of machinery, recruitment of personnel etc all involve massive effort and expenditure. Therefore which is better ? Revive the existing facilities or go for new ones of the same type ?

2.         Affiliatory industries dependent and based on the product or bi –product of the prevalent ones. The bi-products and the ancillary units that supply the parts play a very crucial part for the exchequer. The final quality depends on each and every part and their finer details of  perfection. Quality brings higher valuation  and continued patronage.

3.         Make a list of all the “ idle units “ all over the country in various sectors . You will be surprised the wealth buried there to be generated by the initiation of starting those motors and machineries !! There is no dearth of raw materials, sick people for hospital facilities, children for  education, mines to be explored , fly overs and bridges to be completed so that the whole employment spectrum just rise for productivity which will empower all sections of people in our country. Taking account of finished programs, working in full strength programs, unfinished projects lagging behind restricting and hampering the productivity and prosperity of the nation will be a guide line for further advancement

and once throttled to action will take the economy to new heights.

Partial construction of hospital or bridge or fly over , factory cannot be productive. Half a bridge is equivalent to broken bridge.  The " almost finished  " fly over has no utility for the public, for the patients to reach hospitals, to get connectivity to ship yards or airports. All the money spent for them are a waste. All the labor involved in making them is a waste. The general public do not gain anything. The tax payers money do not bring any comfort for the people. The governments high planning do not reach fruition. The government cannot fulfill their promises in their agenda because  of the non- co operation of the people themselves. Therefore we cannot blame anyone. The government belongs to the people. The people belongs to the government. All the projects and programs are for the people, by the people and of the people by the elected ministers of the people, by the people and for the people. Only co operation and co -ordinated action plan result wonders. Fighting and accusing do not bring any result. Only more split. Let us control ourselves and come together as people of India and bring prosperity and peace by our common effort. It cannot be bought. We have to make it with our effort. Are we willing to give it a try. If you try we will succeed. We can bring victory for our country on all fronts. Because we possess it, we practice it, we produce it.

OUR NATIONAL HERITAGE AND NATIONAL MONUMENTS

Our predecessors had the interest, resources, imagination and ingenuity to construct  buildings of international reputation and magnificence. Now their successors have no interest, no resources even though there is no dearth of wealth, skill, intelligence , technical know how to tackle any difficulties or problems. Consider Taj Mahal. The problem of environment pollution is the root cause for the discoloration of the marble. Tackling this can be very easy. Stop the fire set in agricultural land,  which they were doing year after year .Even when instructions are given they cannot but do it again because there is no alternative for them due to lack of money.

1.         Agricultural department can provide at least one lakh or more weeding, harvesting, threshing instruments at a  nominal hiring charge so that soon after the harvest the whole field can be ploughed and kept ready .

It can be left with the hey for the rain and sun to compost it for the next season .This will enable them with minimal preparation for sowing.

This process has multiple effects :

1 Air pollution level will be under control

2. Fog and smoke will be minimal

3. Taj Mahal white marble will be protected from further discoloration and decay.

4. People will be able to breathe fresh air.

5. Lung diseases will be reduced.

Hospital admission and bill will be reduced

6. Number of schooldays and working days will increase and healthy minds will have more concentration and power to do studies as well research and office works . Even a simple headache can make you irritable and loose your cool. That in turn will precipitate a series of negative consequences.

7. Whenever we do things at the root level in the correct way, the effects will be revealed at the highest level. At the higher level they issue orders. The actual work and implementation is carried out by people  in different levels . Strengthen them with adequate instrumentation, instructions, higher values of life, then a new generation which is equipped with higher knowledge and values will emerge and we will see the result in peaceful society.

Eg. Our Olympians and sports and athletes .The result of their individual effort make India proud. How much has India helped them to achieve.

If we tell fishermen to put formalin on fish, they will trust you. When they put formalin, fish look firm and fresh. But they have no clue to the health hazard they are causing,   the repercussion of their actions. Those who gave them that instruction are the guilty ones. Therefore give them solar cooling systems , solar ice making machines in the fishermen’s hamlets, . Then all can enjoy formalin free fish .

If we tell the farmers to harvest before they are ripe and put some medicines to bring the yellow color overnight ,  they will trust you. They are also ignorant of the real values . If the mangoes, bananas, apples etc  ripen on the tree, they are more tasty, they gain more weight , thereby more price  . For another harvesting season the farmer has to wait another year. Therefore why not take the full advantage and price by waiting one or more week for harvesting !!

Save the money on the poisonous ripening agents.

The farmers when they burn the hay   have no idea about the discoloring of Taj Mahal or the fog in the city or the pulmonary diseases of people. They live in the vast farm land where they have fresh air because  the wind will carry away all the smoke and soot they produce. If you tell the farmers that their burning the farm hay is causing discoloration of Taj or it is causing  suffocation for people , they will laugh at you. They will say that this is our tradition. They never take into consideration the population increase, the industrial revolution which are taking toll on environment and land. Even the snow melting on the high Himalayas and Alps etc is also by the same pollution from all over the world. The wind is really powerful . But our farmers will not heed because they cannot visualize the impact of our actions.

   When we tell the farmers to use only correct amount of fertilizer,  and if they think that more fertilizer means more fruits, the result will be devastating. The whole crop will die .

Elimination of ignorance is our country’s need of the hour. Then prosperity and peace will settle.

Just ordering those who have no knowledge of what you are talking about will produce no result at all.

Teach them the proper way which will benefit all.  How our ignorant ways are destroying our health, our children, our heritages. The everyday things in life has life transforming power . Therefore spend your life thoughtfully and meaningfully. Preservation and maintenance of heritage is a herculean task which can be achieved by simple measures of everyday care.

            HEALING   POWER OF LOVE

         Love is the emanation of the divine  or goodwill  from us towards ourselves and to others. It is pure, undefiled, approving, abundant and generous. I t never changes or wavers nor weakens. Love gives freedom because it is not afraid to give freedom.. Only if you are suspicious , you deny freedom. Love is an outreaching of heart, wishing for every person what you wish for yourself . Like the bouncing ball, if you emanate this love, it keeps coming back again and again and the ripple effect keeps spreading incessantly. Same way you emanate hatred and anger and ill will, it bounces and spread emanations after its own nature. The controlling power and switch is in your mind. The influence is more on you than on others either way !!

The power of love has no opposition  unless somebody cruel to the very core of their inner being viciously and malignantly impose it on others. It is the Omnipotent Life Principle. This is the basic truth of all religion and the heightened expansive awareness of this essential nature of supreme , intelligent and loving Presence has been expressed by every true spiritual leader.
