SHOWERS OF BOMBS OR SHOWERS OF  USEFUL, BENEFICIAL THINGS FOR PEOPLE

If  only every country shower useful things, beneficial things, instead of bombs , how the people in all countries would have appreciated each other . What great peace and prosperity it would have been. 

Even  terrorist will feel ashamed to harm any one.  We can develop that mindset if we continue in the path of righteousness. 

Let us care for ourselves, for our families, for our neighbourhood, our society. Then we will not do anything  harmful  to ourselves, to our own families, to our neighbourhood and invariably it ill be reflected in the society and our own country .              The micro goodness or micro wickedness reflect in the macro  forms in families and society and countries. it is as simple as that  .  When we consider ourselves as one family or one country, then any broken part or damaged part or wounded section or distorted part will reflect upon the smooth function of  nation and in every family .

   How do our country get the image of good or bad  around the world . People observe us within the country and when we are residing in other countries  and give  “ marks “ of appreciation or of hatred .

With every honest progress we make , our value escalate. With every violence it goes down the ladder . As simple as that . If violence is a “ constant “, as in Syria ,  or any war zone , no one dare to visit the country because of its reputation .  Why do every one flee to US and

European countries despite the difference in religion , culture, language, cuisine , climate etc . For safety and security , what are the criteria . If people are good at heart, then language, or religion or culture or dress pattern or cuisine are no problem at all . Our dealings, our conversation, our reciprocal attitude,  companionship  and humane nature make impression and when in need people run to them forgetting all the outward differences !!!  Let us flame up

the “ spark of love, compassion, justice a and righteousness so that without much  preaching and dramatising  we can put into practice our genuine self . That will bring out peaceful countries .

Because Pakistan had no excellent hospitals, Imran Khan had built hospitals for his county when he was  cricket hero. With great  ambition to keep peace with India , he became president. But terrorists can break anyone’s dream and  aspirations just by one fatal attack . Now so many lives are gone . How many more will have to go before peace is restored . Still who will fill the vacuum in those houses ???? Peace is possible even though it may seem impossible.

A little restraint goes a long way .

When we have good business deals, we appreciate each other.

When we have fruitful summit , we appreciate each other .

When we have good exchange programs  in educational field,

Technology fields, military exercises , partnerships in sharing  river water , peaceful habitation on the border areas  , even reviving the old “ silk route “ for better relationship, just one bomb can play havoc  and the tremor reverberate every where because the world is one family now.  Let the beneficial shower overtake and diminish and remove all showers of bomb .

Then the question arise, what will we do with our stock ??

ANGEL TAX,  AND START UPS

All multinational  companies and large industries  have surplus money after loyally remitting the taxes. How do they use it ?

1.  Some like Sivaraj Nadar, Birlas, Tatas   etc start their own hospitals , schools, colleges etc . 

2. Some spend money for rural developments and empowering their own employees family by helping them to start small ventures .

3. All major industries donate to the government fund for developmental activities.

4.  All  industries help to conduct various camps to promote awareness in various fields.

5. Some individual enable others to start their own business like the person in Kerala offering just Rs. 3000=00 which facilitated them to become self sufficient in  profit making ventures. Moreover they returned the money without fault .

He in fact helped thousands to become self dependent  by issuing

Rs. 5000=00, 10,000=00 ….

6. Technically savvy people need far greater finance for their sophisticated projects . With their ingenuity and expertise they can generate jobs for 500 or thousand or more people provided the finance is available. Here the Angel fund is a boon to such start ups.  Taxation on that amount before attaining productivity is like cutting of the banana trees 3-4 months after planting . Give them tension free early years so that they can concentrate and establish their companies  in firm footing which will remit enormous amount to the exchequer . Early strangulation stunt the growth and  proper development is hard to come by. If they fail , it will indeed be tragic loss to the individual as well as to the angel fund provider. Therefore when we talk about early taxation, we have to take into consideration the importance of the money of the investor as well as the finance provider . which ultimately affect the tax collection to the country.  So the country, the government has to nurture the companies to abundant productivity . Just as we educate the children in good educational institutions which enable them to profitable high salaried jobs and thereby production level is more and more tax from salary as well as from the sale of the products .The long term vision enable us to envisage what the process is , how long it will take to fruition and tax generation .Do not snip off the budding entrepreneurs who will be giants in their fields in the future .

           The founder of Dell company was asked whether he will contribute to the government fund for welfare activities, he said he is paying the tax and he is spending more than 80 % of the rest for empowering people through their own organisations inside and outside the US. Angel fund providers are another category who empowers people in a much more wider arena. We must do everything for the start up people to forge ahead with their borrowed money since the risk involves them as well as those who entrusted them with their hard earned money . Just out of good will they are offering  !!! Do not let them fail by taxation immediately so that they can generate more tax later on . We are familiar with bank loan and the consequences .Let not he Angel fund be of the same kind .

      Tax remittance and availing loan

First  we pay the tax according to the tax slab.

 After remitting 30 % tax, there is not much left for the lower middle income to start a small business or factory. Then they apply for the bank loan which is a long tedious process and by the time the money is in hand the parties who were enthusiastic about the venture might have got other offers and they leave. Again the struggle to bring together the proficient partners .

If  tax is  comparatively less, that leaves a sufficient bank account to start a new venture as soon as the conditions are favourable  and the seasons are relevant . In short , either we pay tax and then take loan or straight away begin our factories or business. The long queues are avoided, the paper work is less, the officials are not put to extra work.

Delay in starting does not occur ..
Once more industrial ventures are started, more production,  more sale, more income, more tax will be remitted in larger volume . Opportunity to venture into more areas get free access and excellent  performance .
