SOME RELIGIOUS WORDS “ RELIGIOUSLY “
MISINTERPRETED
Even the most excellent words , when misinterpreted can cause great
harm
And that occurs every where as we call “ loopholes “ and they take
advantage of it . The true sense and value are lost and it mislead people .
What we thought was sacred and valuable and precious is trampled by others who
misinterpret them. No wonder , we are admonished to “ Search the Scripture “ .
Constitution and Pre Amble also declares
what is considered True democratic
values to be followed but they also get distorted . Since most of us do not
know because we do not read them and understand them, we are taken for a ride .
1.
Prayer
In the Bible who offer prayer.
Whose prayers are answered ?
We have examples of the prayers of Abel , Noah , Abraham , Isaac , Jacob ,
Joseph , Moses , Aaron , Joshua, Elijah , Elisha , Gideon , Samuel , Some kings, Daniel ,
shadrek , Meshak , Abednego , and some prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah , Joel ,
Amos, Habakkuk etc What and how were the
character of these people . They were saintly and so they offered prayer for
themselves and for their country. They all acknowledged that there is some
super power above them who could answer to
them and to the needs of themselves and the needs of their families and
countries . They never saw, except Moses , How did they still believe ? How did
they tasted and experienced the benefits in their lives. Dr. Billy Graham , Dr. Albert Schweitzer etc were men of prayers . Therefore prayer is offered by saintly people
for the welfare of others. That is what
the priests are also supposed to do since they are designated for that. Just as
teachers and professors do their work designated work, just as doctors and nurses
do their designated work, just as father and mother do their designated work
etc . , once each little portion “ well done “ constitute the whole “ well done
“ . We experience the result in medical advancement, in educational arena , in
computer fields, in agricultural fields, in engineering fields, . In spiritual
and religious fields what do we see . That determines the behaviour, character,
words of the mouth, and actions at home, at work place, on the road, in
factories , in trains, in buses , in auto, in planes in ship ..., in cultural
activities and in government . Our lives are so dependent on each other for
clothing, for food, for education, for protection , for healing , for
entertainment and for travelling around the world .Like the assembly line , our
food on the table passes so many stages from the agricultural field , to factories and packaging and whole sale and
retail and our servants cook them and we consume them . Our satellite launching also is familiar with
so much stages from different parts of
the country and even from other countries. The more complex and more advanced
the production and the product , it covers larger number of field areas and
higher technology and highly skilled
manpower and sophisticated instruments and vehicles. For what we lack in
knowledge or know how or instrumentation and technology , we ask others and
exchange ideas and research developmental results and innovations . Thus we
progress together . Thus everyone’s prayers and desires and dreams are answered
and fulfilled . Those at higher realms of knowledge, wealth and wisdom can help
on technical ways and higher spiritual realm leaders contribute their share by
which the equilibrium of society is maintained and keep it peaceful which leads
to prosperity. An “ unrest “ country or unrest neighbouring countries diminish
and eat away all resources and the number of brave youth and their families and
the economy goes down in this chain reaction . Since body obeys the commands of
mind , thoughts and word that come from the thinking process of brain and mind
, the sensitivity to all issues play a
tremendous effect on the revealed actions
we see everywhere. These are the manifestations of their thoughts and word
and orders . How the country and the citizens benefit from such people where
spirituality and political and welfare activities go hand in hand , not out of coercion but out of caring
nature for the people who work in all areas.
When children are healthy, no classes are missed and since the
government is providing food and other help , the studies as well as sports and
cultural activates have improved. Since they are healthy, hospital and medical
bills come down a lot . Therefore take more precautionary measures as hygiene
and protein healthy food habits, we can
save all medical expenses and go for picnics or holidays or better living
condition and more luxurious living .Spiritual awareness help them to
contribute sincere faithful and loyal work in all areas when they grow up in
this atmosphere at home and in schools . They will think twice before doing any
untoward activities . Consequently the police and defense personnel will have their
work of beating and teargas
administering reduced . A great relief for the
police personnel. They are also human beings . They do not want to do
any thing bad but only maintenance of law and order. Let us help them to do it easily
and in a calm way.
2.
CONFESSION OF FAITH
Confession of faith is
done at the time of baptism, marriage, communion service , Confession is proclaiming allegiance to the
faith and promise to abide by that faith . When
president ,Prime minister and other ministers and take the oath , they
are confessing their loyalty and
allegiance and faithfulness during that entire period allotted to them . They
are not to break it half way through .
When we sign to declare
the allegiance to the institution to work there , we are promising that the
faithfulness will be through the entire period , not half way through . The
garment in which they do take the oath and then coming to the office in
different attires , in different colour , western or Indian , Indian itself in
different varieties and fashions do not diminish the power, responsibility
and character and quality of the
designation allotted to them. Otherwise
every designation will have a uniform like school children .
3.
IMMORTAL
Mr. Alfred Nobel, Dr, Marie Curie, Dr. Alexander
Flemming , Gandhiji, Buddha Sardar Patel, Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru
, Mother Theresa etc are immortal beings who live in memory for thousands of years . Their work speaks for them. Their
ideals and discoveries and inventions we practice in our day to day lives . How
can we forget them. When we consider them immortal. That does not mean they
committed immorality. The modern trend seems that if Christ is immortal, he is immoral. If any person has to become or
if someone else want to make somebody
immortal, they have to commit immorality on behalf of that person and dump it
on him or her !!!!!!!! Did Mother Theresa or Sr, Alphonsa commit immorality ?
How can educated, sophisticated people manipulate such saintly people. The only
reason is that they are dying to commit it themselves and they want to spread
this immorality and destroy the society and country and countries . WHO CAN PREVENT IT ?
Who is leading such movement ??????
