HELMET WEARING  and FINE FOR NOT WEARING HELMET

When an important political leader or an ordinary person, travelling by car, driving himself or herself or chauffeur driven,  is suddenly stopped by police for no reason whatsoever , and asked not to proceed without any reason, even without asking where they are going, what is the purpose of their commute , whom are they going to visit , suddenly invariably a crowd is sure to gather there . When mob gather, with police around, we can expect what the onlookers will react involuntarily in our areas . If someone is manhandled  and abused , suddenly there will be a division of the crowd into two or more sections even without any clue as to what is going on .  We know the next action process usually on our roads .

Is it wrong for that person , man or woman , to suddenly escape from this arena of tension by scooter or bike or auto which offer an escape so that no further tension build up  and no violence erupts . Just to bring peace , they just moved away from the place . They also do not know what crime or fault they committed. In such situation, surrounded by mob , it is the wisest move to distance

yourself / oneself from that tensed area . If  only a scooter or bike is the only available escape , there is no time for asking for a helmet or for buying one helmet . If they had started from home on scooter or bike, they would have definitely worn the helmet. ‘Now for avoiding  further conflict , Should that person be punished or fined . We must appreciate that on the spot they dowsed the fury of the police and the crowd , even though it has happened without even having any clue as to what the fault is !!!!! Luckily that person reached home without further harassment and saved the police from one more “ extra work “ .

The mob was disappointed that they could not show their  “ martial arts “ there for another “ days performance “ !!!!

HELP FOR FARMERS TO PREPARE THEIR LAND

1.     Do not tell farmers  not to set fire in farms after harvest.

2.     Instead tell them that at government expense the land will be machine ploughed and prepared  for the next sowing season.

3.     Since setting fire is the age old custom , they are reluctant to forgo their  customary practice. Just offer the alternative assistance .

4.     Before the harvest starts , keep the machine to plough  ready at the farm site.  Immediately after harvest ,   the preparation of land should commence before they get an opportunity to set fire to it .

5.   If we do that every year, the farmers will abstain from igniting the straw and creating havoc for the people in the neighbouring states .  If you stop providing the machine, they will loose faith and return to their customary ritual of setting fire in farms . They have no money to buy the machine and cutting or mulching need a lot of money .  Therefore the only solution to keep pollution at bay is  to provide them with this machine . 

6.   It seems , people were under the impression that every year after Diwali and after harvest after that, we are supposed to bear with the smoke and smog and soot . They think it a natural phenomena , an yearly phenomena  , to feel sick in October, November , December months . Let us change this and give them fresh clean air through out the year . 

Advantage

5.        All the earthworms and the bacteria will remain in the soil to make the soil more fertile. The  soil will not be hard baked . It will remain loose for the root of the next crop of plants .

6.     The moisture content will be retained in the soil. Once you set fire , all water or moisture in the soil dries up. When we have scarcity of water, let us retain as much moisture as we can in the soil .

7.      The nitrogen, , the PH level and all minerals will be left intact in the soil for the next crop .  Fire has the quality of burning everything it comes in contact with .  So prevent fire .

8.     The stubble  with or without the full length of the straw will be mulched in the soil to make organic manure .

9.     The straw can be sold for cattle breeders. It will be a great help to them. Either donate or sell. Do not burn .

Results gained

1.     Land and its fertility , moisture and nutrients are preserved .

2.     The earth worms and other bacteria are preserved .

3.     Air pollution is completely prevented since no fire is lit in farm.

4.     Use of irrigation water needed will be less as the years go by with the retention of water every year in the farm land .

5.     Later on , we can have small ponds at various  spots  within the farm .

6.     Once enough water   is available in the pond throughout the year , we can have fish in the ponds .

7.     Then repeated alternate crops can be cultivated through out the year with the constant availability of water .

8.     Ultimately farmers can generate more money with diversification of crops with water availability .

Fire extinguishing ball[edit]

Several modern "ball" or grenade-style extinguishers are available on the market. The modern version of the ball is a hard foam shell, wrapped in fuses that lead to a small black powder charge within. The ball bursts shortly after contact with flame, dispersing a cloud of ABC dry chemical powder which extinguishes the fire. The coverage area is about 5 m² (54 sq ft). One benefit of this type is that it may be used for passive suppression. The ball can be placed in a fire-prone area and will deploy automatically if a fire develops, being triggered by heat. They may also be manually operated by rolling or tossing into a fire. Most modern extinguishers of this type are designed to make a loud noise upon deployment.^[34]

This technology is not new, however. In the 1800s, glass fire grenades filled with suppressant liquids were popular. These glass fire grenade bottles are sought by collectors.^[35] Some later brands, such as Red Comet, were designed for passive operation, and included a special holder with a spring-loaded trigger that would break the glass ball when a fusible link melted. As was typical of this era, some glass extinguishers contained the toxic carbon tetrachloride.

As a preventive measure, can we spread all over the “ fire prone forest areas such as Amazon forest and California forests .and other such areas .

If these balls will be dampened by rain, and become inactive, seal them in plastic cover and spread. Every year we can add to the number . Then there is no worry about wild fires .  Even if  an un doused camp fire  is ignited again by wind, immediately the plastic will melt and the ball will burst and put out the fire . It will never  become raging fire . As soon as it is started , it can be extinguished . The fire fighters will have some relief .

  If these balls are manufactured in large scale and sold at a reduced rate, everyone can buy them and keep in their kitchen and all the rooms. We can keep them in hospitals, offices, hotels, hostels , educational institutions specially in India where they cook mid day meals for the children, in market places, in bus depot , in railway stations, in airports, etc .

We can keep them in ships, submarines,  boats , buses  temples where there are fire ,  Our mind will be at rest once it it is placed. Fire alarms give us only warning and we have to rush immediately to make all preparations and phone calls to bring in the personnel  to extinguish the fire . Here , these fire extinguishing balls , once placed , will put out the fire as soon    as the first flame appears . We can protect the flora, fauna, people’s lives in those areas  and the precious life of fire fighters .  How their family members worry about them when they are called for their duty ! Let us save their lives and protect their families by this simple preventive measure . Making these fire extinguishing balls are far less expensive  and effortless  and easily done than deploying so many helicopters and fire engines to these affected areas and hospitalization and dead ones, and the difficulties the family members have to undergo through out their entire life once their bread winner is lost, once their dear ones are lost .

Food for physical strength,

For mental strength,

For spiritual strength,

For psychological strength ,

 For intellectual strength , 

Food for peaceful co-existence ,

Food for strengthening our skills and talents

   For the development of any faculty, we need the necessary ingredients by which we can attain that . This is offered by each of us and this is enjoyed by each of us and thus each one of us contribute to the strengthening of family, and county .

“ Bread , or roti , chappati, rice “ any food we take strengthens us, nourishes us, give the necessary nutrients and minerals , energy and everything that sustains us  for the work everyday. That is physical strength . Only when physical strength is combined with mental strength , strength of wisdom , discernment , correct and timely application wherever required can produce effective praiseworthy results. The high jump or  long jump should be from the exact spot. The style adopted are very important .  Therefore we need the mental strength, the discipline to adhere o the rules and regulations  specified for each  situation

For mental strength what do we need

For concentration, what do we need, Quietness, hassle free atmosphere without fight or scorn.  Peace in family and in schools and colleges and research centers and in the country as a whole .

In work places, in offices , in factories , we need similar peaceful atmosphere to put in our best abilities . Tear gas, water shooting cannot make peaceful atmosphere . People should not create such situation where these are called for.

Worshipping places need the sanctity and quietness  and peaceful atmosphere .

Our emotional needs,  need for expression of cultural values ,

Need for expression of personal talents and abilities,

The need for expressing our ideas and viewpoints fearlessly and benevolently ,

Need to express our aesthetic sense ,

Need to express our artistic sense and taste  , thus our need for “ food “ to have a “ rich “ fulfilled life is manifold . Only with mutual co operation and appreciation can we achieve it. If one is  in the “ abusive mode “  who want to express or display anything . If we do that , we will be all the more abused .

When we consider “ Food for thought “ ,

The great ideas which emerge from the minds of great men and women as well as from children and youth and every ordinary people in every country, we will be amazed by the enormous diverse  varieties and numbers of ideas which are produced every minutes for the betterment of the fellow human beings . Only very few have deviated ideas and everyone dislike such , even their own father and mother .  The great ideas which pop up in our minds , to bring forth the architectural beauties , the blue print for the magnificent skyscrapers , the breathe taking designs of bridges and flyovers  comes to our mind .Any idea that create unprecedented opportunities in agriculture and industrial , space travel etc can be  considered the product of our thoughts . They , inspired by an idea , ponder over it , did calculations and designing and modifications whenever the need arise and the final products are breathtaking innovative creations .There is no limit when we incorporate  the natural resources and  being mindful of how nature  work with her resources in various landscapes , and the climate and in water , on maintains, in the depth of the oceans , deep in the interior of

the earth .The unprecedented and unimaginable activities ongoing endlessly is  food for thought and the result , how , some turned their assimilation of food into  creations unparalleled.

Usually we consider food as something to eliminate our stomach hunger .  But the vast vistas of developmental activities and achievements are the result of our ability to think  and put them into practice. These “ thoughts in action “ has made our life better , easy and luxurious and more worthwhile  . Sometimes literary people, poets , painters, sculptures , scientists  etc feel that there is a dearth of ingenuity in the thinking process  , that cannot  bring our great ideas , and they are not in a mood to work . This impoverished state can be nullified if they just go out and spend sometime off from their daily routine work . When they come back refreshed , ideas just pop  in their minds .Once initiated , ideas and modifications  for enhancing the process bring forth magnificent works within a short time . This is the main reason we give proper education in good schools in addition to food . This helps their physical as well as mental and intelligent development in the right direction . Therefore the in put is most important to produce excellent results which can make the country proud of them  and they make the country proud in return . People need food as well as  excellent qualities to make the country peaceful and prosperous .
