Tax remittance
and availing loan
First we pay the tax according to the tax slab.
After remitting 30 % tax, there is not much
left for the lower middle income to start a small business or factory. Then
they apply for the bank loan which is a long tedious process and by the time
the money is in hand the parties who were enthusiastic about the venture might
have got other offers and they leave. Again the struggle to bring together the
proficient partners .
If tax is comparatively
less, that leaves a sufficient bank account to start a new venture as soon as
the conditions are favourable and the
seasons are relevant . In short , either we pay tax and then take loan or
straight away begin our factories or business. The long queues are avoided, the
paper work is less, the officials are not put to extra work.
Delay in starting
does not occur ..
Once more industrial ventures are started, more production, more sale, more income, more tax will be remitted in larger volume . Opportunity to venture into more areas get free access and excellent performance .
