Abundance of money, natural resources, skilled people  , excellent know how in all fields in India is very conducive for excellent opportunities and developments .

Nobody leaves the construction of houses, schools, hospitals, colleges , factories etc half done because we get no profit, no production materializes . No employment opportunities, nobody benefits. Therefore all private undertaking are completed even before the time.  W     hen it is done on contract basis  , you get the full money because the money is for the excellent, completed work. ONCE THAT IS DONE, THEY GET THEIR MONEY AND PEOPLE ARE AFTER THEM TO UNDERTAKE THEIR PROJECTS BECAUSE THEY ARE PROMPT, EFFICIENT, TRUSTWORTHY, AND FINISHED PROJECT IS HANDED OVER BEFORE THE TARGET TIME.

If we take the unfinished projects, how many will be there.  The total money spent,  and the excess money to be spent because of the delay in the progress of work will be mind blowing. The difference in price  of the raw materials, the salary, etc are on a mounting scale. The earlier you finish, you save that much salary  and starting of new projects without delay will increase your assets. The pride in finishing the responsibilities brings credit to your company  and to the nation .
