ICE FORMATION ON WIND TURBINES AND SOLUTION

Ice formation on the blades of the wind turbines in Scandinavian countries, Swiss Alps etc destroy the efficiency of the turbines. How can we prevent ice formation on the blades ? Just by focusing solar energy heat to the junction where the blades are fixed can eliminate the production of ice formation preventing the blades from moving. No high heat is required. Constant mild heat will work the miracle .At present , since solar panels are readily available and easily fixed, this problem can be readily solved.
