There are kits for embroidery , for painting, for making toys on your own,

Kits for  making  terracotta paintings ,  for toy fans , toy solar lanterns , for toy battery operated machines of different types.

If only we has such small fits with one liter tar and a bag of proportionate amount of one kilogram or more metal and sand mix  for Rs 15-20 or 30 ,  made available in hardware shops,

Then any time we see a small pot hole on the road , we can immediately  pour these into them and do the repair work immediately. Any one who is willing to spend Rs 20 or 30 , anyone willing to care for others , can be  of tremendous help in preventing accidents that occur when the potholes become larger and dangerous . Democratic way of  keeping roads pothole free.

Democratic way of preventing such road accidents . The moment we see a

problem or when we anticipate an  accident or problem,

prevent it before it happens . Our governmental expense  will be less,

our personal medical expense will be less.

No hospitalization from road accidents. All can be achieved very easily .

The alternatives are :
1. We wait till all the potholes become really dangerous and results in several accidents, then people complain,

Then the government call tender, then it has to be sanctioned,

Availability of cement and proper mixing in the correct proportion which when lacks produce even more larger pothole within no time !

2. The time for all these takes its toll .

3. Kerala people tried filling them with sand and soil. But every vehicle throw away the sand when the wheel jump into them .

4 . Tar is not readily and easily available in the market. So instantaneously we cannot use it to prevent the size of the  gutter from becoming larger .

5.  For each road tarring we spend crores of rupees.

Instead keep some “ road repair kits “   near lamp posts,  on the meridians , near

Or the on the edge within  the traffic circles where people can easily access

 them , or in the post office compound, or near the public gardens  etc . Once anyone observe any small gutter, any one , corporation workers in that particular area who observe these since they clean them everyday ,  can either inform the higher authority and the work gets done . What is important is before it get unwieldy and problematic  , you prevent the problem at the beginning

itself . Give a book to the corporation workers so that they can note down any problems and report them to the office. Every year the well maintained road and its workers can be given a monetary award.  That  will give them the competitive spirit to keep their section of road free of gutter and free of stones which causes so much damage to people . Once the repair kit is easily and readily available , it is done within five or ten minutes.  Then all roads will be accident free not accident prone . People can reach their destination of hospitals or schools or offices or factories on time since they do not have to slow down or deviate the path every five minutes to avoid dangerous pot holes and big puddles of water collected in large gutters .

Then government will have enormous money at their disposal for various other road constructions and bridges and fly overs .
