RICH AND POOR

According to the common notion  , the rich has more money, more noble values, noble characteristics, the ability to be kind and to have helping nature , nurturing nature by which they provide employment,  to make others self dependent, building institutions for less fortunate ones so that they can find some contentment and happiness and rest, building schools and colleges by which they initiate the less fortunate to the world of true freedom, self confidence,  self reliance ,  which in the due process can be passed on to others in their respective fields  . It is a chain reaction and if well orchestrated continues on and on and in the process ,  if well understood and applied , the whole country and nation benefits .

 The poor in finance may be rich in inner qualities and characteristics  and they  may  have good teaching ability or more planning abilities, more architectural or mathematic or research and development understanding ,wisdom which when combined with finance and material riches can bring forth great dividend for the country. therefore we need money and we need wisdom, knowledge and discernment in the proper balance . when ever it is tilted, the results , it will be like a broken bridge .  Every great institution , employ personnel who are more wise and prudent  so that the board of directors can formulate high value profitable decisions. Especially in the modern age, with so much advancement in all fields, the accumulated and the cumulative astronomical knowledge can really make wonders .  The source of all raw materials and the chemical formulas are readily available to the highly qualified people . The correct proportion and usage only can bring forth  quality products.. specially with the most powerful and exclusive ingredients available easily in the market with the  machinery which can produce quality  products .  Therefore money is not the only criteria. There are so many things money cannot buy.  Use money to beneficial and productive things . Everyone will enjoy and that leads to more productivity . Rich and poor co operate to bring out this . Suddenly if the rich decide that they have enough money to live peacefully and close down all the factories and hospitals and schools etc , all suffer . So why do they struggle to keep a float their factories in spite   of strike and hartal, it is for mutual benefit . Every time people break down vehicles and buildings, the ministers and the government officials keep on striving to bring back peace and prosperity . What a big strain. All for one single “ vote “ from each person .!!!!

 What an understanding of democratic freedom,

democratic power,

democratic responsibility .

  0nly through correct Education  of values and proper understanding of knowledge , can we achieve true democracy.

In democracy, each one has to do their responsibility.

In democracy each one has to perform their own duty.

In democracy each one  play their part in the Drama of life . in the Drama of nationhood . A carpenter cannot do the mason’s work,

An IT professional cannot do the work of doctor . A doctor cannot build a fly over . Thus each one is proficient in some area and they do their part and the whole “ parts “  complete the nation  .

Rich and poor contribute their share .

Illiterate and professionals do heir part.

All age group do their part.

Voters ad the ministers do their part.

Teachers and students do their part.

Seniors and juniors do their part .

All contribute their might in a big way or in a small way. Like bricks and cement and doors and windows , light and water pipes and taps and sand and steel we are all most essential parts in nation building . Otherwise there will be weakness due to lack if cement, holes where the bricks are missing, broken parts where steel is missing , no proper lighting system with low quality wiring , rusting of water pipes, , pieces of roof will fall down when the concrete or the fixation is not proper . We see all these in our new buildings and fly overs and bridges . We have all the resources,

We have all the technical know how,

We have highly qualified engineers,  we have all high tech machinery . What do we lack ????

Still how many faulty constructions and faulty management ???

We can only blame ourselves .

If lack or misuse of material things can cause such problems , how much pain and sorrow we produce due to lack of value system which we all know but do not practice .
