                         TRUE BENEFIT AND TRUE PROFIT

‘  I may see the benefit of your chosen ones,

That I may rejoice in the gladness of the nation

That I may glory with the  inheritance “.  Psalm 106:5

If everyone of us have the attitude and the wish  to see the benefit of others also ,and the attitude to rejoice in the gladness of others also,

and  the attitude to glory in  our inheritance  ,

then the country will be at the zenith of peace and prosperity . We have to wok in unison for this goal. When the goal is the same , everyone’s contribution towards it is most valuable and greatly appreciated .  Everything destroyed is a personal loss as well as loss for the nation . The sum total of citizen’s wealth is the total amount of the nation’s wealth and the sum total of the loss of citizens , amount to the total amount to be deducted from the nation’s accumulated wealth and that is the loss for  the country . We generate and we destroy .

When people complain about loss of employment ,

When the government department opt for privatisation ,

the existing work force has to ponder over the reason why such a move is preferred.  How is privatisation more profitable and efficient compared to the government undertakings ???  Private agencies do not bring in people from other countries . They are also employing our own people . Therefore why do each department ask for change in the work force with the same or even less salary ?? Can the existing people make their own performances efficient or even far superior to the private work force . What are the qualities in them which give them an edge over the existing government employees . The new recruits may be their friends and relatives . Are they superior because of the management or because of their own better qualities .  Ultimately what matters ? When marking is done, whose work produced get more and whose work get less mark  .  Since we are in the “ mark culture “ , let us first evaluate ourselves before the team comes for evaluation .  Our availability of resources , opportunities  also must be taken in to account . Who provides all amenities and facilities for the work to be done on time or even prior to the dead line . Without provision , no one can produce anything . Who has large stock of resources to be dispatched  continuously for non stop productive activities . Skill, wisdom, discernment and timely application contribute to the ultimate success . Then the celebration  includes everyone since ,  it is a  collective  effort and the nation rejoices . Then we will be proud of our inheritance and our heritage .
