FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE  AND HATRED 

Faith is the substance of things hoped for ,

And it is the evidence of things not seen .

For intelligence creation and maintenance and upkeep,

Intelligent decision making, faith in the project or program,  its functioning and utility and duration of usefulness ,

the hope that everything work  to fulfilment for the desired result is determined and assured,

 then with interest and diligence, that is love for the work at hand , we proceed to bring it to fruition.

Faulty planning brings out faulty outcome.

Lack of faith and assurance result in improper management and abrupt closure of projects .

Faded or ambushed hope will never see the blooming of any work .

If love and compassion is replaced by hatred and violence , what can anyone achieve, however big  and elaborate the planning and expenditure be . So every one involved at every step at every stage is most crucial for the successful accomplishment . Since specialisation and super specialisation is the hallmark of modern age, competent work is expected in all fields . When the physical requirements of skill and knowledge is essential, excellent conclusion depends on the unseen elements of faith, hope and love for work and for relationship. Then every one work as  one unit , each in their section accomplish the work entrusted to them on time so that the whole work goes on smoothly without delay . Projects will be finished even before the deadline . It is the rivalry to outperform in excellence .

      Let us visualise a family, a country , a factory , a school or college, a hospital , an office where all work together in harmony ,intelligently, mindfully, and diligently so as to bing our dreams to fruitfulness . No one dream of bad things for their family or country. Therefore we need people who have the same mind and vision  to join everywhere.  Causing division  and divisive mentality destroy all we have achieved so far and what we aim to achieve in future .

Once destroyed, we have to start from the very beginning which is so tiresome and irking  and tedious . We can avoid it if we so desire. We can cause destruction again if we so desire. Therefore everything depends on our mentality .

 How we transform barren land into beautiful villas or parks or industrial estate or cultural canters or shopping malls or office buildings or aerodromes or railway stations etc  That is  envisaging  great development and putting them to arise magnificently. This we call “ faith “ , the  substance  of things hoped for  and it is the evidence of things not seen. It is in the mind of the person or architect or designer or painter or artists or politician or industrialists or teachers or 

parents .  Their faith and vision and hope is what is the totality of our country, good or bad . Unless it is enveloped in love and compassion, it can never be accomplished perfectly. It will be tainted with violence . The after effects of violence can  never be wiped out . We still talk about Jalianwala bagh ,  partition incidents etc . Can we prevent such happenings in future with technological and digitalisation , computerisation and space travel.  Here we realise  the value of faith, hope and love of mind .
