DAVID AND GOLIATH

David was short in stature so even his father never counted him of any great value. His father never presented him before Eli , the  priest , when he asked him to present all his sons before him so that he could choose a king . There are people of short stature.

There are people short of money.

There are people short of excellent skills in some areas.

   But when faced with Goliaths , how they win over them.

There are Goliaths of envy,

Goliaths of jealousy,

Goliaths of greed,

Goliaths of wrath,

 But with the confidence and skills in whatever area they deal with is sufficient to gain victory.

Hence we honour poets , writers , dancers , painters , sculptures, chefs , fashion designers , IT professionals, start up innovators , doctors, architects  , scientists in all field fields , from agriculture to mathematics to astrophysics, and nuclear physics. etc .  Excellence is what counts in the end . What is beneficial and can change the life of multitude of people  in everyday life and activities transform the society  for a better future . How the refugees in so many countries are supported and assisted to reclaim their shattered lives by their adopted countries .  What great patience and caring nature irrespective of their difficult situations . The flimsy nature of life !!! . With great wind and rain, lives are lost. In addition to nature’s fury , man’s fury causes further damage to precious lives . How can we preserve lives . Is religion so bad while proclaiming to be compassionate and merciful . How can we cultivate compassion in our everyday life . can we at least try to be calm and compassionate when we feel like screaming and shouting . that will pave for quietness and confidence and renewed life in everyone we come in contact with , specially in shattered lives .
