THE POWER AND CAPABILITIES OF DEMOCRACY

Democracy is like a multiple option / answer for the entire problems.

The power is with you.

The money is with you.

The signature to execute, is with you.

The planning and modifications, additions and reductions , subtraction and idleness of simply existing  , without doing anything is also with you.

            The people put their whole hearted TRUST , HONOUR, DIGNITY, authority in their elected candidates for 5 years and they pledge their allegiance and support to them while the candidates pledge with their Bible or Nilavilak or

The Sacred Lamp  or            Koran that they will fulfill all the pledges and all presented in the manifesto. Such mutual agreement can really work wonders. 

           All parties must keep their manifesto in all party offices and public places like railway stations, auditoriums, stadiums along with the PREAMBLE , lest they and their people forget their capabilities and POWER AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Once they are constantly  aware of their citizenship with all the

responsibilities ,of behavioral  codes, it  will ignite their pride to behave well in public and private arenas.  If you treat others like garbage, they reciprocate in the same way.           If you give proper recognition , you will automatically receive the same from everywhere and even more than you ever expected.  People  were giving the landlords and the  feudal lord much respect. And we know how they returned in full measure  !!!!  All the Persian, African and Asian countries with such heritage were completely negated and destroyed . How can we with the hard earned freedom bring back some comfort  and dignity to the millions of people for whom the national leaders of all the countries all over the world laid down their lives, their family possessions, their luxurious lives, and even their own lives. What have they earned.  From iron curtains, from cultural revolutions, from bonded slavery, from French revolution, from German holocaust, from ethnic cleansing in different parts of the world , we have reached thus far. What lies ahead of us solely depend on us only and on our elected leaders whom we love and respect and trust. Will they have the courage and bravery to take a stand above the ordinary, mundane and evolve a new strategy by which our dream will come true and the dream of all the martyrs which they envisioned and laid down their lives for . Or do they continue to “ dance “

As their fathers and forefathers did in the traditional way. With their dance , did anyone , specially the needy was benefitted .

How the royalties were treated. How the marginalized were treated. How the farmers were treated. How the mothers and fathers are treated. How the women and children are treated. If  each one uphold the dignity and responsibility of their own in proper measurement and condition, then suddenly the proper social order comes in to being. Enforcement last for a  limited time      , but that which is inborn stays and thrives forever and no one can replace it, no one can diminish it, no one can erase it or destroy it. Perfect harmony depends on every one in their proper place.  No one can replace  the other. The doctor cannot ask the farmer to do his job and the teacher  of astrophysics cannot as a teacher of biology to teach his subject.  Let us be true to our calling and deliver it to the best of our ability, not criticizing, not abusing, all are talented and efficient in their field. Let us acknowledge that fact and act on that and all will be perfect.

2.      How many cities, towns and villages does it pass through.

3.     How many factories cause the problem.

4.     How many residential areas cause the problem

5.     How many agricultural areas cause the problem

6.     No mans land in forests are must be clean

7.     How many hotels, hostels, hospitals , government offices cause the problem.

a.     How many tanneries, factories cause the problem.

b.     How many vegetable, non vegetarian markets

c.      Opening the dams on time or do they cause the problem

_____   Special provisions are needed only for the towns and cities and                 metropolises  concerning garbage

1.     individual  problem makers to clean up their own garbage .

2.     Government has to provide proper provision for the disposal of waste materials. Otherwise where will the poor citizens keep, hide, dispose of the tons and tons of garbage.

3.     Swach Bharat is not only the area cleaned but proper elegant processing units which can convert   the trash into “ treasure making elements  “ which will enhance other small scale and large scale productive units. How do we produce gold or diamond or oil. How much sand and slush is excavated to get a tiny bit of gold and diamond. Sometime we hit tons of gold in the bargain  !!!

4.     Once specified ways are given, all citizens will follow that and within a month or two after the proper provision is given, there will be some relief for the problems and within a year or two, all will be properly channeled and that new habit will continue as the tradition for generations to come.

5.     The future generation will never know what a garbage heap is, or what are polluted rivers . All rivers will flow crystal clear and the roads will be wide and clean and without dust and smoke and soot. Naturally all plagues and epidemics will be wiped out from the face of the earth and people will be healthy, educated, intelligent, moral and prosperous.

6.     But if the government, ministers and the citizens are against such things, they can just continue the way of the tradition forever.

7.     Without creating provisions for proper management of the pollutants, just sermonizing   is of no use. People want an alternative to do the proper way . Without that  option where will they go. Citizens are helpless. Ministers and officers have to pave way for eradicating  the irregularities.

8.     Then the whole country will rise together for a better tomorrow

In short , it is all a matter of mutual trust and fulfillment of authority, power responsibility. So simple and PROMPT  execution of  necessary solutions

ON TIME, WITHOUT DELAY , can solve all problems within a short time.

Simple solutions go a long way.

DELAYED HELP IS LIKE BURIAL ASSISTANCE .

It accomplishes nothing because the time is passed.

Provision of school stationary on time, ( that is before the schools reopen, ) if they reach the school , so much headache for children, parents, teachers, and ultimately for the management since this determines whether the school can attain centum for the examinations and that in turn determines the future admission of the children for the various higher education courses and ultimately the nation begets great scientist, doctors, nuclear physicists ,

Architects , IT professionals  etc. Simple steps at the grass root level

can blossom unprecedented magnificent and majestic results in the unforeseen future and horizon. . BUT WHO CARES ????? 

They are busy with banners and party posters , in colorful extravaganza

for celebrations  of power . 

If the gold is not imported on time, we will not have enough of it for Akshaya theertha . But we never  feel that scarcity at all because it is well taken care of.

Life saving medicines are another category.  Fuel and aero fuel also demands constant  vigilance. Cotton industry and cotton farmers are a section which is constantly neglected even though the export of garments can fetch far more if the farmers are protected and taken care of. It is not lack of monetary resources, but the DELAY IN ALLOCATION  , which can easily be cleared with little compassion and prompt action on the part of the officials concerned. We import billions of rupees worth of cotton  . We pay one lakh rupee for the family of the farmer who commit suicide. If we do not remit the billions for import of cotton and grains and pulses, we cannot get the  consignment  !!  But we never fail to remit this exorbitant amount.

When we consider how promptly the bank officials lend money to those who do not return on time and extract the Rs. 50,000=00  or one lakh from the borrower who is struggling to pay back  , we can understand correct transactions and their effect.

This is our government , by the people, for the people  and of the people.

 We get the credit as well as the blame and accept both

with great magnanimity !!!

IMPLEMENTATION OF DEMOCRACY
always call for the intelligent, willing and harmonious participation of all citizens specially each one in the voters list. They have to give a helping hand to achieve all that was proclaimed in the election manifesto and to check whether there is any laps and to modify wherever adequate accomplishment is not revealed. That way, all the promises  given under sacred oath will  be implemented. Both the government and the citizens will reap the benefits and accolades together.
