               NORWAY SOIL FROST AND IRRIGATION PROBLEM

NORWAY- FROZEN SOIL CAUSE PREVENTION OF GOOD CROP.

If we spread plastic sheets with intermittent or lines of solar cells kept sparingly at different points, that can prevent the frost formation  in the soil  and crops can do well . At present we lay sheets of plastic for prevention of excess evaporation of precious water . and if that plastic sheets has some solar cells dispersed at random , that is sufficient to keep them warm

 in winter .

        In large farm land , you just spread “ not so powerful “ solar sheets  / films at intervals, which can keep the soil condition in perfect order for the cultivation.

Or  install  two or three solar panels focused on to the farmland . The constant mild warmth will keep the temperature warm enough to prevent freezing of soil. In Mangolia , they did it and they could grow plants and trees well in frozen areas .
