           FEAR THE LORD ; YOU HIS SAINTS

 Psalm 34  : 8,9

Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good;

Blessed is the man who trust in Him

Oh , fear the Lord, you His saints,

There is no want to those who fear Him “

What a surprise !! The saints fear the Lord, God.

Those who do not fear / love do not heed   Him  !

Just like law a biding citizens and those who commit lawlessness !!

You can easily make out the difference .

No wonder it is declared that “ Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom “.

This means love of the Lord, God , is the beginning of wisdom .

When a person love the spouse, or children or parents, that person will never commit anything which is harmful for them.

The love for them restrains that person.

The fear of causing them pain or difficulties, troubles, prevent them from doing anything harmful. Here you can interchange the word love and fear . It is not because of punishment but out of love, that is the reluctance to cause pain, the fear to cause shame that  prevents the person from certain behaviour and

conduct .

When a person love his / her country , they will never do any spy work. When a person love the company or hospital,  they will never do anything to hurt or malign the reputation of that institution, to bring dishonour or blemish to that institution .

         THE LOYAL, THE FAITHFUL, THE SAINTS  ARE REVEALED BY THEIR WORKS.  Their wisdom will be revealed by their works. 

What is correct wisdom ????

From childhood we know what is the correct wisdom. Teenage wisdom , peer pressure twist this age old wisdom and we invent our own ways and short cuts which ultimately lead us to ways for which we regret eternally . Make the firm decision to stick to proper wisdom and your life ahead will be successful and contented and peaceful.
