Everyone has needs  and wants and desires and dreams .

When we feel that we are cared for and  considered as children or parents or spouses, students or teachers , workers or managers  and are given our dues, our responsibilities, powers, duties , benefits , share of responsibilities, everyone rise to the occasion and perform well . Denying opportunities, denying responsibilities, denying our position even at home can have great repercussions. Responsibilities make everyone aware of the fact that they  are acknowledged and others have trust in their abilities and our very presence in that arena is recognized ! Otherwise we are non entities , without value, without a “ face “ , without an identity , without our own personality which is your birthright and right of every citizen in a democratic republic  . This calls for great responsibly and accountability .Even your children , when asked for a little help from them by their parents , feel that they are really counted as worthy to be asked for help, not just stupid . When you have to lift a heavy furniture , when you ask the little one for their help, they may just keep their hand on it , but when the task is done and we thank them , they are proud partners in that task .  In all rallies and strike , what do the general public do . Just making some noise and some destruction and they feel they are doing the major work. The leaders will come at the end of the day , at the appointed time to make a statement . The whole day the mob or the public make noise and feel so contented that

they did it !  Instead , give them some little work and ask them to report back every six months or one year . Specify the little work every time so they can finish it and report back . Give them more help for the next task when one is accomplished . Thus little by little we can achieve great enormous improvements in the country for the benefit of all . They will be proud

of “ Their Achievement “ . Let them share the responsibility instead of just spoon feeding with freebies . Look at the slum clearance board flats which government gave then in all big cities and towns . If you to buy a property in those cities and towns in that locality , we know how much 650 sq feet or 800 sq feet or 1200 sq feet cost ! But because these people were given them free of cost, they never even attend to any repair work or maintenance !!!. They stand

there “ eye sore “ in dilapidated condition amidst the majestic villas and majestic skyscrapers !! How these people value their gifts ???? As in Austria , the government can insist that whatever be the condition of the inside ( !!!! ) , all citizens should keep the outside and premises clean and presentable !!!

Where tourism and industrial activities should prosper, we have to present ourselves  “ presentable and efficient “ . Very small steps can make wonders !  That clean presentable atmosphere give the citizens self worth and efficiency and determination to do even better in everything they undertake . The mindset drive them to perform better . That prompt everyone say , well done and that word of encouragement enthuse them to strive for even excellent performance which will surprise them even ! They will wonder, why did we not think about it earlier ???!!! Government has given them so many benefits , why can’t they add their “ maximum effort “ to achieve more . We are content with the “ poverty “ so that we can retain it forever , these slogans for every political meetings for eternity !!! . What stability of these slogans!!!!!!!!! .

The principles of “ personality development “ is needed at every realm of society .  That will maximize and utilize the production and consumer cycle by which country will progress.  Here , either the mob destroys and the public property and industries suffer or the government shut down industries and lakhs and lakhs of workers and management suffer or shut down entire state and the GDP from the state is NIL  . How can we solve OUR OWN PROBLEMS .

Government knows. Public knows , Workers know , Trade unions know.

Now school children know, University students know , vice chancellors know , Police know. How the police force has transformed thousands of prisoners and rehabilitated them and restored their families and helped them

to be “contributors “ to society . Unless ordered to harm, the police can transform every erring one,  for a better life. Their uniform  will hold them in good stead and people re- write their opinion about them They had done that with

Kiran Bedi IPS initiative .  Let us ask the help of police to restore  the transforming mentality which they expressed previously .

            For manufacturing desired effects or products , the correct ingredients has to be used . That is true not only in cooking but in relationships, 

“ line of control “ , international relationship, production in factories , for excellent results in all educational institutions and vocational institutions, even religious training  and leadership . All countries are so enriched with wisdom and governance  and technical know- how, why not use them wisely for the good of the citizens  so that they will be proud of their government . They should never regret for electing their favorite leaders , for choosing their school or college, for their work place , for their marriage,  for their own religion .

Seeing  the goodness and nobility and greatness , we join, can we trust our own judgment always !!!!
