.STRUGGLING AGRICULTURAL FARMERS IF AIDED BY CATTLE FARMING ,

BUFFALO REARING , CHICKEN FARMING

The small scale agricultural farmers are TOTALLY depended on their farm produce . Due to various reasons of pests, floods or drought  , their income varies every year .

Therefore if every small scale farmer , if they are willing to undertake cow farming or buffalo farming, or chicken farming, their work in one section provide ample materials o sustain the other undertakings .  If one is less productive, the other will  support their income . They will never be drowned in debt !!!!

What is important for families is income sufficient to provide for their needs .  Straw, paddy or wheat or pulses as such can be fodder for cattle . Cow dung as fertilizer for the farm.  Same way feed for chicken can be the grains and pulses and wheat from their farm and their waste as fertilizers . As the industries diversify as they grow , let farmers diversify into different farming ways . Ultimately what s important s whether there is money in e bank .  By the money they spend on agricultural farm, they can run the other cow farms and buffalo farm and chicken farms . Feed is already produced in the agricultural farm. They are not getting much profit prices. Why not use it for other farming . They can make far more money everyday if they have 2- 10 or 12 cows and 100 to 500 chicken for egg or for meat market . Their income will in crease hundred fold with out much additional expenditure . For starting and establishing they need investment. See how the milk and meat business prosper . If there is plenty of water fish farming, prawn farming , lobster farming , pearl farming  etc depending on he local whether and climatic conditions and availability of young ones for farming . 

It is high time the farmers income is supplemented by other farming which will not need extra expenditure .

At the periphery of the farm land , they can plant some fruit trees like mango or apple or kiwi o peaches which will really fetch them good money ., depending on the climate . Even if the farm may loose little where the trees will cast little shade, it does not matter . Any way they are not getting good fair price on the spot . S  o these fruit trees will be additional income to cover up the loss of grain or wheat and it will be greater profit . Because these fruit trees produce more and more fruits as the ears o by , the farmers ill not dare to set fire to the straw.  If the farm fire  burn the trees , no fruit will be there for next three or four years . That will be a great loss. Further straw will feed the cows and the buffalos with out spending money to buy from outside .

Feed the chicken with rice, wheat, corn , dals , lentils  etc lavishly .  Chopped leafy  vegetables will be an added source of nutrition They will give eggs very day and the farmers will get money in and everyday . You can add curds or paneer  to their feed . The whey that is left over from making the paneer , can be given  as drink .

Broiler chickens will provide large amount of money as and when they sell them .

The months  after sowing and before harvest , give them plenty of free time to spend on 

these “ HOBBIES “ They can profit greatly in their unemployed days also .

By using what they have, without much additional expenditure , 

the farmers can make Great Profit , with little extra effort .
