“ If you can believe

all things are possible

to him who believes “

Have faith in your faith.

Doubt your doubt.

When in doubt says , no , it prevents so much heart ache !

Abhor what is abominable  . It protects you.

Check your beliefs, because it depends on you , what you believe .

Valuation and evaluation is done by each one. It varies according to the “ scale, tape. Ruler, weighing system “

Do they differ anywhere in the world bringing contradictory value system  as standard !!

One ounce, one gram , one kilogram, one mile one foot one degree etc all keep their measurements accurate and precise all over the world.

Why should family relationship, inter personal relationships differ. No one likes strife in family , but do everything possible o initiate it . No one like strife in factories or offices , then why do hey initiate it ? No one like war but all show their strength and willingness to initiate it .  They initiate them an later give compensation !!!

Everyone loves gifts, .

 There are material gifts, spiritual gifts, healing gifts, singing gifts, painting gifts,  architectural gifts, business gifts,  scientific gifts, etc. All these gifts smeared with or salted wish or flavoured with little divine flavour really enhances the productivity and magnitude of the end products.  Thereby each and everyone including the land, water, plants and trees even the atmospheric air  respond to such influences , Our nature and attitude permeates the whole universe.

 The Universal Mind is the Sum total of our minds.  The sum total wealth of he country is the sum total wealth of all people . We breath the same air, eat the same product of earth, drink the water which is from the earth, and all are buried or dispersed back into the earth.

What is so special about one from another. the colour, he dress,, the food habits and the behavioural  habit which  results in the “ code of conduct “ the inter relationships . when we fight , nature also shows its fury .  W       hen you are satisfied in your land, do we intent to continue living in harmony or do we immediately try to show our might and superiority by the display of our capabilities and initiate “ fear which lead to jealousy “ and  that precipitate in strangling of relationships .  Once you give freedom and space to others around you, everyone prosper and the country is at “ REST “ , no “ UNREST “ seen any part of the country  or families .  When one part is destroyed,  the other part is in jubilation .

   Though we give equal opportunities , the result will never b the same for all. Some are enthusiastic. Some are lazy . Some do not take care of what they have. Some want to grab from others .  Some want to spend all the money given to them, even salary within a week and go “ cashless “ for the rest of the month .  The new experiment is worth watching. The government is providing wish “ seed money “ or “ angel fund money “ without interest, free to engage in whatever areas they prefer. How motivated the “ poorest of the poor “ will be. The answer to their ever nagging complaint  can b tackled if each one is vigilant and enthusiastic to use his “ cash in hand freely “

Some will have “ no clue  “ as to what to do with the money. Therefore along with the money some “ simple options “ by which they can generate money and not end up “ bankrupt  can be suggested. Some have never thought of starting any venture on their own in the first place.  A list of simple money producing schemes as well as marketing strategies, some kits for the initial  boost .

Eg. Some may have needle but no thread or cloth

Some may have cloth, scissors but no needle or thread. Some may have the knowledge of hand embroidery or machine embroidery but have nothing to work on . Frames and rings for embroidery is a must since very neat even stiches are produced. The straight lines as well as the curves come out beautifully.  Of  course each ones artistic ingenuity will be seen at the end product .

Some may be  good cooks , but do not have beautiful packing facilities. Just provide them with sealing machine and colorful packing covers and price labels .

 Good carving , sculpture, men and women may not have  marble or granite or clay to work upon.  Some blocks of teak wood or rose wood or some other type of wood is given freely, those people can make magnificent pieces which they can sell and earn money.

Metal workers can be given sheets of copper or iron or aluminum or other metals upon which they can work and sell thtem. 

in sort, for every skilled worker, give the raw materials and the necessary tools ,  the next day itself they can start working if they are enthusiastic .availability of raw materials are lacking, they are stuck and cannot proceed with the money given to them . Material and tool once given into the hand of proficient , enthusiastic men and women will just result in wonderful products. Since they are raring to go on heir productive ventures but are held back by lack of  initial “ source material “ ,they jump  to grasp this opportunity .

Lazy people will  “ spend it on eating , drinking, for tomorrow

we die “ “good carving and sculpture tools will enhance their productivity .

Terracotta industry does not take much investment .At the same time they are highly sort after . Give them new “ catchy “  or abstract  or animal or tree designs so the product will be different from the age old designs . Newness keep freshness in mind and products .

All the shells of walnuts, almonds, cashew, peanuts, macadamia, hazelnuts,  cotton seed , pomegranate seeds ,  etc can be powdered and sold as “ organic “ manure  just like he coconut husk blocks .

 Solution .   

                  Just ask their expertise in skills. And give the initial  material also so that the “ project takes off  “as soon as you leave the place  , if they are enthusiastic . Delay in getting he material dampen their enthusiasm and by the time they find something the money is all gone .Let them produce something with the money and give “ account “  for their productivity . Once they taste the success, no need of prompting is required. Gradually government   subsidy  and compensation will be replaced by tax remittance , may be after few years depending on their skills and their market . Population is eve on the increase. So no dearth of customers or production .

    Whatever things are noble,

Whatever things are just,

Whatever things are pure,

Whatever thins are lovely,

Whatever things are of good report,

   If there is any virtue,

  If there is any thing praiseworthy ,

        Meditate on these things.

       Act on these things,

     discuss on these things,

    confer on these things

   results befitting them will be produced
