DELHI  -  CAPITAL CITY OF INDIA

Has Delhi more appreciation and importance and esteem above the other cities of India. If it has, then we have to be more attentive to the needs of the city and the citizens and foreign dignitaries . If  no such importance and esteem is bestowed on it, then all the more reason it should be looked after well because all capitals of states enjoy  great honor . Let Delhi also partake of its share which is due to her. We cannot deprive her of  her rights. Either way Capitals have to keep their glory and majesty and Chief Ministers have to keep the majesty of the Chair.

( If ration is to be delivered at doorstep, how much work force is required, vehicle for transport, petrol  or diesel , salary  for extra workers will be adding onto the financial burden , where already there is crunch for resources to pay  employees exist. Amazon, Flipcart etc mint money on doorstep delivery of their consumer goods. Ration items are already below the actual price, usually below quality level !!! , why deliver such items spending excess on delivery. Instead  if quality is maintained or more items or more quantity for the needy is ensured that will be a boon for the people.
