AIR INDIA  , EMPOWERMENT IN THE DEMOCRATIC WAY

We have a population of 1.34 billions in India.
Air India has 50,000=00 crores of rupees in debt.
Suppose we get Rs 1000=00 from one billion people as one time payment, it will produce 1000 billion rupees.  We can pay back the money after 5 or 10 years with interest and by that time Air India can recoupe and get rejuvenated and revived and can flourish as Crown jewel of India again .
If necessary the payment of Rs. 1000=00 can be repeated every month or quarterly or half yearly,  or yearly , till Air India can stand on its own legs and fly on its own wings and expand to new horizons beyond  all limitations and restrictions  and constrictions.

We can have Rs. 5000=00 per high income bank accout or 1000=00 or 2000=00 or 3000=00 for lower and medium income bank account . That easily generates enough and more finance to tide over the crisis. Everybody will be willing to forgo the pay back of the same.  Employing  efficient officers will solve the day to day affairs and bring the Airline to its  glory again. If so many  companies in The US  and other countries can find excellent officers from among Indians, what is our local problem. All are efficient, provided they are given sufficient freedom to manoure their activities so that they can excel in their respective fields. Keeping them under extra  re striction , kill their natural talent , capabilities and efficiency. Give them the proud feeling that they are working for India’s largest company and make them feel proud of their company’s efficiency and puntuality and superior service , comparble, even excelling other countries’s Airlines. Awaken their dowsed, restricted talents and help them  revive the enthusiasm , loyalty, exuberance they had when they first joined the Indian Airlines and let them exude it  in the most magnificent manner which will be contageous  to invigor all others .
