At present there are so many solar energy producing areas.  We can make railway lines adjacent to these centres  and bring in wagons fitted with batteries of various strength, size and power. Main plugs to charge the batteries can be fitted on these wagon itself.  Connect them to the solar electric terminals so that they get charged and the wagons / coaches can be pulled away by the trains .
