                          MINORITY     AND    MAJORITY

1.    INDUSTRIALISTS

  In every country their number is far less than  those of all other vocation, but they provide the largest number of employment , better work conditions, better salary , better extra support for family in education, self employment ventures for dependents, dependable health assistance etc  Sponsorship for sports persons are mostly done  by them. The contribution to the national exchequer is  of wider  volume .

2 .        DOCTORS

            Though the ratio of doctors per population is so little, they do a wonderful job when they work day and night with sincerity and dedication. The life of all citizens are safe in their  hands .

3     3                 . TEACHERS AND PROFESSORS

Their dedicated relentless effort has transformed our country by bringing the illiterate ratio to almost nil and the county is now well equipped with knowledgeable , trustworthy , dependable , industrious  citizens to usher in peace and prosperity to each and everyone . Enlightenment is the only way to grasp  the noble ideals  which can save nations .  Enlightenment is not by becoming poor, hungry and naked . A healthy mind can be present only in a healthy body . If the body is sick or in semi conscious state  due to drugs , will the mind be able to formulate anything worthwhile and noble and praiseworthy .  Why do we search for the best boy or the best girl or best hospital, or best industry or school . Our body and mind are more precious than these brick buildings. Why do  everyone destroy what is most precious which cannot be repaired or moulded in human way . What foolishness  they are cooking up, that not on themselves but on others whom they make prey to their experiments. What barbaric nature .  Let the teachers and professors train our children well equipped in intelligence and wisdom and technical knowhow without the interference of the so called priests and astrologers who do malpractice and destroy husband- wife relationship, parent- child relationship and church relationship and worship

4.          THE MINISTERS  IN EACH DEPARTMENT

The progress and peaceful development in all areas of life  depends on  genuine  dependable ministers who are always ready to solve the problems of the people  for which they were elected and voted for in the first place . How many MPS  and  MLAS do we have for this 1.3 billion people. What enormous responsibility is entrusted with them .

5.  THE MARGINALISED MAJORITY.

They are suppressed and oppressed by some minority .

6. ONE SAINT OR ONE SAGE

Their influence  and aura percolate and spread all over and make the ever rippling effects of goodness and benevolence  within the country and outside the country .

7. ONE OR TWO TERRORIST GROUP IN THE WHOLE WORLD

We witness how one or two group can make so much chaos and destruction. Hope they will make a u- turn and change their use of intelligence, money, power, skill and wisdom to benefit all of us .

8.  ONE HUMAN BOMB

We have seen it in Mr. Rajiv Gandhi ‘ s story .  If only that person  had saved 
his / her life  by avoiding  this process ,  so many lives of others  would  have been spared . Spread non-violence, everyone would have praised her/him. That is exactly what Gandhiji did . So much money was saved, so much unnecessary planning time was not wasted, no secret manipulations, very easy and clear path and the whole world appreciate and respect him. On the other hand spending billions of money and planning ceaselessly for untoward incidents,

get only criticism and no appreciation or congratulations in the end . What a waste of time, energy, money and manipulation . After all the great effort , we must have some praise and reward  . Therefore why not seek to do things which will give us and others something to be proud of  and the nation to be proud of .

When we scrutinise the performance of minority, it is not a useless or unworthy  one  . It all amounts to who the “ minority “ is constituted of and what they do. The resultant aftereffect determines the proper accreditation . The determining factor is the “ yeast  or he salt “ we put in which has the tremendous power and capability to percolate, invigorate and reconstitute the society we live in . Let us be very selective in what we apply to our life and the life of others .

Watch for the result and make amendments to bring in peace and harmony and prosperity . We will have a virtuous nation .

The result will manifest in due course .

The story of the boy and his father who asked the boy to plant some seeds along the fence. Due to his laziness, he buried them all in one particular spot and went home. He reported to the father that everything was done as per his order . After two or three weeks the father had no problem in detecting the result of  “ the order properly executed “.
